Probiotic for Adult vs Gastritis

Gastritis means inflammation of the stomach lining. Partially or only certain areas.

Classified as follows:

• Erosive gastritis

Refers to a condition in which the lining of the stomach that looks red and corrosion is superficial wounds may have many of the bleeding. Hence their name was called stomach inflammation, bleeding (Hemorrhagic gastritis). Often caused by.

Type A are unusual at the beginning (Fundus) of the stomach. The reaction is caused by the immune system itself or autoimmune. The body often have anemia from lack of vitamin B12. Because body cannot be absorbed with the vitamin. And increase the risk of stomach cancer.

Type B will have the disorder at the end (Antrum) of the stomach. But it may spread throughout the stomach. The infection is caused by gram-negative bacteria name Helicobacter pyroli (H.pyroli). This bacteria can be reached by eating food or drinking water contaminated with the bacteria. So embedded in the stomach mucosa.
This type of gastritis  is associated with the occurrence of gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer or Epe. It also increases the risk of stomach cancer, too.

• Specific types of gastritis

  Specific types of gastritis means gastritis associated with diseases such as
    - Fungal infections or infection in AIDS patients.
    - Tuberculosis or syphilis, the disease is chemical.


Protection
Studies have found that probiotic have ability to inhibit the adhesion of H.pylori infection that causes inflammation of the stomach and intestinal walls. In addition, the probiotic can reduce the side effects of antibiotics during treatment for H.pylori and found that the eradication rate of H.pylori was significantly higher in the group receiving probiotic compared with the treatment given triple therapy alone.
